[Localization] Change in qt/qttranslations[5.4]: Add Greek(el) translation for qt and qtbase

Hello Sergey, i have the following error:

[dglent at localhost translations (Greek-translation)]$ make commit-ts
make: *** No rule to make target 'commit-ts'.  Stop.

and another question:
Do i need to run also 'git add -N <file1> <file2>
and if i must run it before the steps below.
