[Localization] Where can I translate Qt Framework?

Hi!

Take a look here: https://wiki.qt.io/Qt_Localization
Basically you need to checkout the code from:
git://code.qt.io/qt/qttranslations.git,
do the translations, then push it to the Gerrit server.

Are you familiar with git or version control in general?
