[Localization] Turkish Translate

Hello. Since there is no Turkish language in the qttranslations repository, I want to translate Qt to Turkish.
I am sufficiently knowledgeable about translation.
I have translation works on Transifex, Crowdin, Poeditor and Weblate.
Where should I start for Qt translation?
