[Localization] Dear Qt Team, I would like to contribute the translation of "Chinese (Taiwan)" to Qt/QtCreator.

Hi!

We are currently cleaning up translatable strings for Qt Creator 10.0,
so a better moment to start updating translations would be in around 2 weeks from now.
When we have finished the clean up, we'll update the .ts files Qt Creator's 10.0 branch (and master branch),
and that is then the best moment to start the translation process. If you do changes on the .ts files before that, you'll probably run into conflicts.

I currently do not exactly know how Transifex works within our gerrit/.ts workflow), and my assumption is that the translation sources on there have not been updated for a longer time.

So, after we finished our clean up, please use Qt Linguist to directly work on the .ts files (https://code.qt.io/cgit/qt-creator/qt-creator.git/tree/share/qtcreator/translations/qtcreator_zh_TW.ts?h=10.0)
and submit your updates through Gerrit (https://wiki.qt.io/Setting_up_Gerrit) for Qt Creator's 10.0 branch (https://wiki.qt.io/Qt_Contribution_Guidelines#Creating_Changes_for_Inclusion_Into_Qt).

Br, Eike
