[Localization] Dear Qt Team, I would like to contribute the translation of "Chinese (Taiwan)" to Qt/QtCreator.

that doesn't matter, though, as the merge can be done with --ours. the 
actual content merge would happen via lupdate/translation memory when 
the files are updated on 10.0 afterwards.
