[Localization] Why do we avoid translating "Rebase" from "Interactive Rebase..."?

Hi,

In the end, there is no _technical_ reason, it is more a recommendation to the translator.
Things like "rebase", "commit", "amend" and so on are "git terminology" and also part of git's command line interface.
In principle they could be translated, but there are advantages to either not translating them, or at least keeping the original term in addition:
Users that are familiar with git and it's command line interface then know exactly what the action will do, others can easier find the corresponding git documentation,
and for example in Locator it is possible to find the action by typing the original git term.

Personally for the german translation I at least added the original term in parenthesis, e.g.
"Amend Last Commit" --> "Letzten Commit ändern (amend)"
This results in the action to show up when typing for example "git amend" in locator. Same for "Interactive Rebase" and others.
