[Localization] Qt Creator 10.0 in string freeze

Hi,

Qt Creator 10.0 is in string freeze now.
We've reorganized translation contexts (keeping the existing translations working), and now the main Qt Creator contexts start with "QtC::"+plugin, so it makes sense to concentrate on these.

I can provide lupdate-d .ts files for Qt Creator.

I'll be looking into updating the german translation.
