just as the wiki explains: the oldest supported branch you feel like 
working on. as of now, that could be 5.15, 6.2, or 6.5.
note that as usual, the templates in the repo are outdated.  
https://l10n-files.qt.io/l10n-files/ has current files for 5.15; 6.x is 
completely missing due to tqtc failing to maintain the server and 
denying me access to it.
