[Localization] Dear Qt Team, what should I do if the the translation of <source> message is missing?

Hello Qt Team,

I'm not sure whether I was doing right, but I've indeed updated the
qtcreator_zh_TW.ts.
And I've already pushed this change to Code Review just now.
