[Localization] Templates (l10n-files.qt.io) missing or empty for Qt 6.10 and 6.9

Hello everyone.

I'm having the following issues with the templates (l10n-files.qt.io) for Qt 
6.10:

The template for qt.ts points to a file without any entries.

When I click to download the templates for qtlocation.ts and 
qtquickcontrols2.ts, returns "Not found."

Regarding qtquickcontrols2.ts, does it still exist? I don't see any 
translations of it in the dev branch.

Are there templates for the qtwebengine.ts and qtwebsockets.ts files? There are 
translations of these files in the dev branch, but no template.

The questions I asked for Qt 6.10 also apply to Qt 6.9. I haven't checked for 
other versions.

If anyone can help me with these questions, I would be grateful.
