[Localization] Help with translating to Czech language

Hello Czech translators!

In Slovak language, they're more translated strings on Transifex's project 
QGIS than to Czech. They're are a lot of, so I would like to get help with 
translating QGIS into Czech through Slovak language.




How to translate with other language?

1. Click to three dots on the top-right corner.

2. Click on "Show source string in English (en)".

3. Select Slovak language.




Now, you should have translating more easier depending on that whether you 
have poor English and better understanding to Slovak than Czech.
