[Marketing] QtSummit participation criteria

What exactly are the tasks for this team ? Does the team need help
with anything from volunteers ? It would be nice to see a list of the
activities where the help is welcome, thus the people could evaluate
which area to help with. There was a similar concept for the Desktop
Summit [1], and I liked how it became better organized.
