I sent an email to everybody instead.  :)

Asking for slots of 3-4 hours is a lot to ask for the average 
participant, though.


The sessions in Gallerie will need volunteers to circulate mics, and 
also someone taking minutes. This is a good chance for people to 
volunteer for single session slots.

Thursday morning is the tough part with the registration ongoing. Then 
again it's ok to let people join the opening session. They will be back 
later for the shirt.  :)  After that I don't expect a need to have 
always 2 people at the info-desk plus myself around.
