How is the Hack'n'Tell coming along? It is time to organize the details.

Michael, when we discussed this there was this idea of having one day 
focused more on demos that can be run from a laptop, another day on 
demos that will run from various devices and will need a camera...

Is still that the plan? Is people supposed to book their slot in advance 
or do we trust the unconference improvisation?

Let's agree on something so I can send an email to all participants 
encouraging them to bring their demos to the event.

PS: but we are missing a camera, right?
