Helping is fine but a) you have already several items in your hands and 
b) I'd rather give away the ownership to a local in order to have more 
flexibility e.g. renting instruments.

I'll ask Kalkscheune whether we can have it there. But before, how are 
we envisioning the evening, in order to know what to ask for?

- Opening & closing times.
- Food Y/N.
- Free soft drinks & beer are granted.
- Band? SomaFM?
- Anything else?
