Okay, my take on that:

> - Opening & closing times.

Start no early then 10:00pm (to allow people to freshen, take a shower
and rest a bit after a day of sessions and intense joint work,
required in my p. experience)
Closing time: depending if there are sessions the day after or
whenever people need to leave etc, I'd say 1:00am-2:00am could be the
latest .

> - Food Y/N.

Y, or otherwise people attempt  to run and try to get dinner outside
and miss the event. However, perhaps the refreshing time is enough to
cater for that as well.

> - Free soft drinks & beer are granted.
> - Band? SomaFM?

What's SomaFM ?:) Band:yes - I am personally interested in jamming
with the Nokia band if they allow me ;) but that requires instruments
and not sure other will be as interested as I am.
