I thought I understood you but then the last bit left me confused.

Are you talking about a session to discuss the feature in Qt Creator for 
packaging applications targeting different platforms, or packaging Qt 
libraries for different platforms?

I can see a good reason to have both sessions pre-scheduled to send a 
message to the different stakeholders, but they are two different sessions.

Also, 30 people expected or more?
