[Marketing] FOSDEM Qt Stand manning

Just to take a step back for a second.

In Berlin we spoke about marketing efforts and co-promoting Qt at 
Events. This is what it seems that Sivan has stumbled on and perhaps we 
should be taking notes on how we are working together on this.
