 From the looks of it, you're more than a beginner.  I don't immediately 
know the answer to the questions you attached; do you want to look at 
the code yourself? -- the C++ code for the generator itself, it's in 
generator/shiboken/cppgenerator.cpp

The project needs all the help it can get fixing the problems it has and 
documenting how to use shiboken.
