[PySide] Let's get serious for Pyside to support Qt5

I still need a barebone example how to make a simple Qt Hello World
working with xdress to figure out what is its palce in the whole
picture. It looks like it should be taught to understand PySide XML
files, or there is a better description of API in Qt5?
