[PySide] Wheel for x86

Dear Danny,

At the moment we don't have wheels for 32bit systems (x86),
hopefully we will manage to provide them for the release,
and in that case they will be available  just for Windows.

I tried to install PySide 2 through "pip", but got the message:
Could not find a version that satisfies the requirement pyside2 (from versions: )
No matching distribution found for pyside2

Would it be possible to build the x86 wheel?
