[PySide] Qt for Python 5.12.6 is out!

You can now get the 5.12.6 wheels
from PyPi via:

pip install pyside2==5.12.6

We are currently focusing on the development of 5.14,
so hopefully you will be able to update your current
PySide2 installations once it's out :)
