[PySide] Crop QGraphicsVideoItem

Hello, does anybody knows whether it is possible to crop a 
QGraphicsVideoItem? I'm trying to create a widget that contains two 
videos and a slider, it shows the difference between the videos, but 
that requires the top video to be partially cropped.

Is there any other approach to get this effect? I have tried using 
QVideoWidget but it seems that the slider is not visible on top of it ...
