[QBS] SpecialPlatformsSetup?

[Jake Thomas Petroules]

I'm working on making "clang" exist as a toolchain in QBS. While doing this I came across SpecialPlatformsSetup. What is this for and why does it unconditionally set the toolchain to gcc and the endianness to little? (Basically, I need to know if this is correct or not)
