In the long run I would expect that. It's probably not too useful as
long as internal interfaces are in a flux, though.

It will be an Open Source project... so yes, "users should be prepared
to add things" in some wayi or the other, but I would be surprised if
support for widely used tools like svn would not appear very quickly. So
no worries ;-)
