[Qt-creator] Show project name on Windows taskbar

Right now Qt Creator + the session name is displayed ... So as a workaround 
create different sessions for your different projects. Problem is that there are 
different wishes on what to display in the window title: The file name, the file 
revision, the project name, the session name ...
