[Qt-creator] Show project name on Windows taskbar

Hi Alexandre,
wich project name? The project name of the current editor, or the current
default startup project? Currently we show the session name only. Hmm.. mayby
it would make sense for Qt Creator to show the project name instead of the
session name in the case the session is "default" and there is only one
project loaded? But what do you show if there are two projects?
Either way, gave you consider using different sessions for the different
toplevel instances of creator? The session name is shown in the titlebar,
plus it will ensure that saving the session on exit will not conflict with
the other instance.
