As for me, I've noticed the following conflicts:

1) I had to reassign code completion to ^` because ^Space is used by spotlight.
2) Cmd+Space is assigned to switching keyboard layouts (however, I
don't remember if this combination was used by qt-creator)
3) Ctrl-arrows are used by Spaces (I think this is default key
combination for Spaces). Also Ctrl+0, 1, 2, 3 is used by Spaces to
switch between desktops.
