The general trend seems to be to have Tabs nowadays for open documents
(like many browsers have), but it's not

Yea that actually does help quite a bit, hadn't stumbled on that
yet... unfortunately it doesn't allow one to reorder them (or do
anything else useful apart from switching to an open document by
double clicking or closing it via context menu). The order seems to be
arbitrary (order in which the files were opened). Trying to drag one
just starts selecting multiple, if I could order them there that would
be great :D Especially if there was an option somewhere that a
so-defined order is used by Ctrl-Tab. I already see the current
document highlighted. Actually that would be even better than having
tabs (since a vertical display makes much more sense space wise for
potentially long filenames compared to a horizontal display).

In any way, thanks for an already great IDE!
Sebastian
