[Qt-creator] RC-1 and CMake Support

Try it. But don't expect it to be feature complete nor bug free. It should be 
able to build your project and you should be able to run your project.
IF it isn't to complex.

In the master branch in src/plugins/cmakeprojectmanager.
If you want to work on that, i'd be happy to help you, either on this mailing 
list or on the #qt-creator irc channel. 
Anyway, try it first, you won't have difficulties finding stuff, that needs 
improvement.  :)
