[Qt-creator] Qt Creator in Windows 2008

Hello,
   I was happily using QT Creator for my project under Windows 2003. I have
recently upgraded to Windows 2008 and now Qt Creator will not run my
project. It compiles fine and the resulting executable will run outside of
Creator but not in it. I receive this in the Application Output:

Starting ...

The process could not be started!


I did compile an example Qt project from the Qt sources and Creator did not
have this problem.


Any suggestions?
