[Qt-creator] Code Paster???

Unfortunately the particular code paster software we're currently 
supporting with this plugin is only used internally in Qt Software, and 
has died out on the web.

It would be nice to extend this plugin to support other code pasters, 
but for the 1.0 release I think we'll end up disabling it.
