[Qt-creator] Static configuration

I could be wrong, but I'm pretty sure you need a static build of Qt if  
you want to do static builds of your applications. However, there is  
nothing to prevent you from having two builds of Qt, one static and  
one not, installed in different directories, if you want to be able to  
switch between the two quickly and easily. In QtCreator, you can set  
up both in the preferences, and then make new build settings to use  
them if you want, so all you have to do is choose a different build  
configuration.
