I prefer to get a strict confirmation about it, is there anyone can tell me?

Actually this is not the complete solution for my question, but it's 
good suggestion, thanks.

By the way, yesterday I re-built Qt with -static option and after 7 
hours it built successfully, but I noticed that all generated 
applications need mingwm10.dll, while last time I didn't face this 
problem. Could you tell me why?
