[Qt-creator] VCS bugs

Hi Guys. I'd like to report some bugs I found in Qt Creator (compiled
today from git repo).

First, when you start the application, all the VCS entries are showed
in the tools menu (Git,  Perforce and Subversion).

After that, when you import a project file that uses git for example,
the others entries are hidden. But, when you are about to commit
(alt+g, alt+c), the menu entries are shown again.

And the panels with Svn and  Perforce output are always there too.
