[Qt-creator] plugin: mylyn

hi all,

i've started an attempt to bring mylyn to qt-creator. however, this is a  
rather bigger task, so whoever feels brave enough to help me ... raise  
your hand :)

all i did so far is in the mylyn branch on my github repository

so far i have a new mode which is called "mylyn" and a plugin which is  
there to glue the different parts of what is going to be mylyn, such as

- register the mode
- register some interfaces (to date there's only one :) )
- probably more stuff to come
