[Qt-creator] Information for Qt Creator plugin hackers

Hi all of you who already did a bit of plugin hacking for Qt Creator.

If you are just *using* Qt Creator as an IDE, you can safely ignore  
this mail, sorry for the spam.

I just renamed some exported classes, namely:

ActionManagerInterface --> ActionManager
ProgressManagerInterface --> ProgressManager
ScriptManagerInterface --> ScriptManager

They slipped a change of naming convention some time ago.
Just so you don't wonder why your pet plugin doesn't compile anymore.
