[Qt-creator] error when installing qt-creator on openSUSE

Hi Maxim,

Thanks for reporting the issue. We have tracked down, fixed it and
sent a new version of InstallBuilder packaging tool to the   Qt
software developers. Hopefully within a day or two the snapshots will
be packaged with the new installers and the error will go away.
