[Qt-creator] Suggestion: source file folder support

Suggestion: there doesn't seem to be a way to add folders to the  
project window source file list.  There should be a way to 1) group  
files together in a project window folder, and 2) drag and drop a  
folder of source files onto the project window to add the folder and  
associated files.

PS - QtCreator looks nice guys.  Keep it coming....
