[Qt-creator] Downloading and building the latest Qt Creator 1.2

I want to download and build the very latest Qt Creator 1.2 as it
contains a fix to a problem when gdb is restarted and the debugging
helpers stop working.  I've no idea where to start - are there
instructions for building it to be found anywhere?  I see I can
download a tar using this link:

http://qt.gitorious.org/qt-creator/qt-creator/archive-tarball/1.2

Which I assume is pretty much up-to-date as far as 1.2 goes.

Once downloaded, how do I build it?  Should I use MSVC9 or MinGW?  Can
I use the release version of 1.2 to build this snapshot or do I build
it from the command-line?

Any help would be welcome.
