[Qt-creator] Downloading and building the latest Qt Creator 1.2

OK, I managed to build the latest 1.2 snapshot by simply opening the
qtcreator.pro file using my existing copy of Qt Creator and letting
the Release build rip.  Brilliant.  Now gdb works as expected - no
more issues restarting it.

Building my C++ IDE by downloading the source and compiling it myself
is a revelation.  Thanks to everyone involved with this brilliant
project.  :)
