[Qt-creator] Missing phonond in Windows SDK

Hi,

I would like to build a phonon based application in windows. I have
downloaded the 2009.03 SDK , and just created a sample project using
QT Creator with phonon enabled. However, I got the following error:

C:\Qt\2009.03\mingw\bin\..\lib\gcc\mingw32\3.4.5\..\..\..\..\mingw32\bin\ld.exe:
cannot find -lphonond

Searching in google , seem that it need to build DS9 backend by
ourself , but those instructions are too brief... any more detailed
instruction to solve the problem? (Will be great if it have
precompiled library)
