[Qt-creator] Missing phonond in Windows SDK

AFAIK, it is not possible to build the phonon module (backend?) with mingw.
You need an MSVC-built version of Qt4 (you have to compile it yourself).
There are some plans of releasing binaries of Qt 4.6 buit using MSVC.
