[Qt-creator] Observation concerning Double Spin Box

This means that Qt Designer writes out float numbers using locale format, which 
it should not do. We will investigate that. 

In the meantime, when collaborating with colleagues, we recommend setting the 
locale to use the standard '.' decimal separator.
