[Qt-creator] Observation concerning Double Spin Box

As far as I can see it my main problem was that the Designer tried to 
interpret the .ui file using the local comma separator and not a period 
when READING it.
With Creator 1.2.1 I cannot duplicate the problem when writing out 
anymore.

That's what I did, and made a big fat note, too ;-)
