[Qt-creator] Choosing QtCreator language

This is also an issue with me.
My system locale is set to German and although the OS itself is English, Qt Creator just goes with the German.
I also noticed that when building from the source, German is also used by default.

It would be nice to have a way to change this, or ask the user during installation.
