[Qt-creator] qt-creator does not support debugging under Windows 2000

Hello,

having installed Qt-SDK 2009.02.1 on a Windows 2000 system.

Qt-Creator starts well but there is no Debug button (the one below the edit 
button) visible in the left navigation bar.
Also there is no debug item in the configuration (Menu Tools -> Options).

Using the dependency walker when starting qt-creator.exe i saw that it tries 
to load <qrtdir>/lib/qtcreator/plugins/nokia/debugger.dll
The only similar file i can find there is debuggerhelper.dll.

Any hint to fix this ?
