[Qt-creator] qtsdk-2009.02 didn't work in ubuntu 8.10 !

Hi All,

Yesterday I migrated from openSuSE to ubuntu 8.10 and I faced a huge 
problem after installing QtCreator which is:

I couldn't build any Qt project at all (see build log please) although I 
installed build-essential package !! How I can fix this issue. What I need?


P.S.
I spent more than 12 hours trying to fix this issue but I failed, could 
you please help me because I gave up. I'm wondering why this happened 
qtsdk-2009.02 worked fine on openSuSE and windows!
