[Qt-creator] Qt Creator 1.0 Feedback

I'm using Qt for a number of years, all the way back to version 3.0 -
back in the days where Qt Designer had a code editor. Dropping of this
editor in Qt 4 forced a lot of people to use other editors and IDE, some
less than Qt friendly.
One of the IDE I've tried was Visual Studio 2003 (and later 05 and 08)
and I have to say it was less than appealing to me. Lots of cruft and
layout I did not like. Maybe it would have been possible to fix that,
but I don't like fighting the IDE. I have tried other editors, from
XCode to TextMate to Vim to Eclipse.
So, I finally settled at doing work in gEdit.
Now, I have tried Qt Creator for a little bit and I have one comment
about it - thank you trolls, I like it. Qt Creator is easy to pick up
and understand out of the box. There is virtually no learning curve.
Just get it and you are editing your Qt code in all its glory. And
editing the way I like it - like a supped up gEdit! :)
There will be bugs to be fixed and additional stuff to code into Qt
Creator. But this is a great release.
