[Qt-creator] Creator on small screens

I must second the small screen issue. I am using a 20-incher and it's
not big enough for many of the tasks. I have a multi-monitor setup and
Creator does not allow me to take advantage of my second monitor at all.

I'd like to see all the panes to be tear-able (dockable?) windows. Allow
multiple editor windows. Also an option to set the font/size of lists
and output.
